I never had a comfort level, never felt secure in my approach or success. Dr Rosen was the first coach, or mentor, to help me escape rigid scripts and business protocols. 

The first 12 years I spent as a chiropractor various mentors and coaches told me what I needed to do to be successful.

It is rare that a patient does not seek some level of care in our office and they typically sign up for 6 month to 12 month care plans.

The increase in patient conversion was dramatic and easy to see, patient retention increased (far less people saying they “felt fine” so they would take a break), and we were able to “weed our garden” by attracting and nurturing the patients that are in tune with what we offer and want our services (and refer their friends and families!).

We constantly see patients talk themselves into care and why it’s important for their health just by asking a few simple questions and showing them information about their health  

 What's been amazing is the decrease in stress levels even though we continue to grow and be very busy as an office. Clarity for what we wanted to be to our patients, what we wanted out lives to look like and how we wanted to fit into a new health care model helped us learn to grow without fear and without overworking ourselves or our team. Knowing that they love to come to work because it’s a productive, low stress environment is a big win.

You always wonder if you should spend the money or if you’ll have the time when you are overworked and overstressed. COVID 19 Update:  When most people are shutting down or staying shut down we have been able to get back to a normal level of production. We just had a 19 new patient week - the last time we had that many new patients was July of 2019. 

 Socratic questions have been a game changer in many aspects of working with patients, staff, and potential patients. Handling staff and their concerns has improved as well - system wise it has made this process much easier for everyone.

Dr. Rosen has given him more confidence in explaining our advanced techniques (QNRT, QST, PEMF etc) to patients and make little changes that make patients feel at ease with both their care and their treatment plans which ultimately has produced higher patient retention, treatment plan compliance, and income.

I’ll be honest - I had to talk Joel into working with Dr. Rosen when the opportunity first became available. After our previous experience with a practice coach, he saw little benefit in getting back into paid mentorship. 

I’ve truly appreciated the opportunity to work with Dr. Rosen these last three months.
